Entry fees are listed at £24 for affiliated runners and £26 for unaffiliated runners; all prices include a £1 donation to the National Park. The event has an entrant limit of 200. Course, facilities and rules

The route is on the northern Dales and uses single-track trails, grassy trods and hard-packed footpaths. The course includes a very steep initial ascent, technical descents through mining hushes with loose rock, and is fully marked with orange tape, pin flags and arrow signs. GPX and a PDF map are available for download. Aid stations supply water, sports drink (Active Root), sweet and savoury food, and electrolyte tablets; vegan and gluten-free options are noted. The organiser does not supply plastic cups at aid stations, so runners must carry a soft flask, bladder or collapsible cup. Toilets are available at the village hall and portable toilets at the start area. Mandatory kit may be checked; required items include taped-seam waterproof jacket and trousers, hat or buff, gloves, emergency blanket or bivvy bag, a cup or soft flask, and a fully charged mobile phone. Marshals will staff critical turns and crossings; failure to carry mandatory kit can lead to disqualification. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
