The Crown of the Crest is an ultrarunning event hosted at Calvin Crest in Fremont, Nebraska, and organized by the Greater Omaha Area Trail Runnerz (GOATz). Distances offered include:

The course is run as loops of approximately 10 miles each. A marathon distance is completed by running two loops plus an additional 6.2 miles. The Lucky 13 is a 13-hour event in which participants run as many loops as they can within the time limit. The 100-mile race carries a 32-hour overall time limit.
Course and race logistics
The trail is a single-track loop on the bluffs of the Platte River, with about 10 miles per loop, roughly 900 feet of elevation gain per loop and a maximum elevation near 1,400 feet. The trail includes switchbacks, roots, and technical sections and passes through cedar spine and bluff terrain.
Race operations include a manned, fully stocked aid station at the start/finish and an unmanned water stop on course that is passed twice per loop. Drop bags are allowed and packet pickup is available before each race. A prerace briefing is mandatory before each event. Pacers are allowed for 100-mile runners after 50 miles; pacer rules for the Lucky 13 follow the event guidelines.
