The Cook Forest 25K Trail Challenge takes place in Cook Forest State Park near Cooksburg, Pennsylvania. The event is scheduled for August 15, 2026 and has been held annually since 2018. The course is a loop that links 13 interconnected trails and covers more than 17 miles of varied terrain. The route includes an initial climb on Seneca Trail to the Cook Forest Fire Tower, sections that run alongside the Clarion River, and shaded segments on Tom's Run. Runners travel through stands of tall evergreen trees and areas of old growth forest.

Three aid stations are placed along the course and are staffed by local high school cross country teams. Lodging options mentioned near the venue include cabins, campsites, and local inns.
