Conquer The Wall Endurance Challenge - Williamson, WV
The event runs March 12–14, 2027 on the campus of Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College in Williamson, WV. It uses a flat, paved 2.05 mile loop along the West Williamson flood wall and college grounds. Entry is limited to 250 participants.
Race formats include 47 hour and 35 hour efforts, offered as individual (solo) entries and relay teams of two or three. A ruck option is available; rucks are weighed and must be 25 lb. Team registration is handled by a team captain who pays for the team and provides a team name. Relay teams exchange an ankle timing bracelet between teammates to combine laps.
Timing is electronic. Laps are recorded when a participant crosses the timing mat and each competitor must wear an ankle bracelet at all times for lap credit. When crossing the timing mat after 50 miles, participants may change direction on the loop. The clock continues to run for the duration of each event and final laps are counted when recorded at the timing mat.
Onsite amenities include food and hydration at a main aid station, cots, camping and limited indoor lodging, portable toilets, Wi Fi, and live lap results displayed indoors. Volunteers work in shifts and receive a volunteer long sleeve shirt. Alcohol is not permitted on campus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
