Chill Session 2025 takes place on November 29, 2025, at the Mansfield Outdoor Centre in Mulmur, Ontario (937365 Airport Rd). The event is described as a celebration of trails, hoodies, chili and beer. Registration closes on November 11, 2025.

Distances:

  • 10K Chill - $90; includes hoodie made in Canada, medal, chili and beer; mostly single track, ~220 m elevation gain.
  • 5K Cool - $90; includes hoodie made in Canada, medal, chili and beer; mostly single track, ~130 m elevation gain.
  • 1K Wee Chilly (Kids 10 & under) - Free; includes kids medal and race bib; chili available for a small fee.

Course and logistics

Courses are marked with hot pink arrows and flags; the 5K has a marked cut-off for the return down the hill. There is a self-serve water station at the lookout and a staffed aid station at the Inner Loop Junction offering electrolytes and snacks. The event is cup-free; participants are asked to bring their own cup.

The event uses the Mansfield Outdoor Centre facilities; washrooms are in the back of the main lodge and parking is arranged in rows parallel to the lodge with volunteer direction. Race kit pick-up is located in the log cabin north of the main lodge. Lunch is served in the cafe area with meat and vegan options according to registration choices, and s'mores ingredients are available for outdoor roasting. Raffle tickets are sold at registration - proceeds are split evenly among Clearview, Shelburne and Orangeville Food Banks. The event displays a 2025 Athletics Ontario sanction logo.
