Chad Lovette Memorial Run/Walk
This memorial run and walk takes place on September 26 at Cub Creek Park in Wilkesboro, NC. The event is hosted by family and friends and includes in-person trail events plus a virtual option.
Available event formats include:
- 5K Timed Run: timed trail run; walkers may be on course.
- 10K Timed Run: timed trail run.
- 5K Untimed Walk: untimed trail walk for all ages.
- Virtual Run/Walk of Your Choice: run or walk anywhere; virtual activity is accepted through October 4.
Registration opens June 17 and remains available through September 25; day of registration is also offered. The registration fee is $35 and the T-shirt order cutoff is September 11. Race timing is provided by Finish Line Pros. An after-party will be held later in the afternoon at Merle's with live music and fellowship.
