7th Annual Cascade Goopy Gallop

The Cascade Goopy Gallop is a cross country running event held in Clayton, Indiana. The race takes place at the Cadets Home Cross Country Course located at Cascade High School. This event serves as a fundraiser to support the local High School and Middle School cross country programs.

Participants can choose from several event distances and formats:

5k Cross Country Run/Walk
Kids 3k (open to participants ages 12 and under)
Virtual 5k
Virtual Kids 3k

The 5k course allows for both individual and team participation. Groups consisting of 5-7 members can register as a team to be scored cross country style. The Kids 3k utilizes the standard middle school cross country course. For those unable to attend in person, virtual options are available between March 13 and March 29.

Registration includes an event shirt for those who sign up by the March 1 deadline. An awards ceremony follows the races to recognize the top three overall finishers and the first-place runner in each age group. Additionally, the event offers a shirt-only purchase option for supporters who do not wish to enter the race. Discounts are available for Mill Creek employees.
