Canterbury Riverside 10K
Canterbury Riverside 10 km takes place on March 21st 2027 and follows a traffic free route along the River Stour between Chartham and the centre of Canterbury. The course is described as very flat. The route begins at the event headquarters in Chartham, includes one lap of the playing field to spread the 400 runners, then follows the riverside path to Toddlers Cove before retracing the same path back to the finish at the HQ.
Marshalling and signage are provided along the route. Medals and trophies are awarded for Male and Female 1st, 2nd and 3rd, with additional age group prizes and a top team prize. Toilets are available at the event HQ. Numbers and timing chips are not posted out and must be collected at registration. Entry fees listed are £20 / £22 with on the day entry at £25 cash only. Online entries close at 8 pm on the preceding Thursday and pre race emails are sent within 48 hours.
Parking is advised at Bolts Hill, Bakers Lane or Parish Lane and participants are asked not to park in Stour Road. Event records are listed as Male 00:33:39 and Female 00:40:18.
