The Bouddi Coastal Run is scheduled for November 8, 2025, at Killcare Beach in Bouddi National Park on the NSW Central Coast. The event offers trail running on coastal terrain that includes smooth trails, cliff tops and hills, sandy sections, and rocky areas. The course locations are within Bouddi National Park, about one and a half hours north of Sydney.

Entry, categories and race services

Entry fees vary by registration period (early bird, standard, final) and by event. Age-based categories apply for men and women and are set by age on race day: Kids Beach Run 5–12 yrs, 14 km Junior 11–16 yrs, Open 17–29 yrs, Senior 30–39 yrs, Veteran 40–49 yrs, Master 50–59 yrs, Grandmaster 60 yrs+.

Race inclusions: a fully marked course manned by race officials, personalised race bib, finishers medal (all events), aid stations stocked with water, fruit, lollies and chips, professional first aid and medical support on course and at the event centre, professional electronic timing with full category results, and category prizes. Preliminary results are available at the finish line on race day; full results are published on the event website in the week following the event.
