Registration prices are listed from $17 to $42; youth pricing for ages 12 and under is $17. 5k and 10k registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. 1 Mile registration is untimed and includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The Kids Dash includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a child-specific medal; children may participate without receiving swag at no charge.

Chip timing with live results and awards is provided for timed events. Course maps for the 5k and the 10k (2 laps) are available and the course may change if required by permits or other restrictions. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the event. The event has a no-refund policy and will proceed in typical weather; cancellation is possible only for venue requirements or hazardous conditions, with a transfer to the virtual option if necessary.

Age-group awards are given for the 5k and 10k with male and female overall and masters (40+), plus top 3 for standard age brackets. The Kids Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards. Volunteers receive benefits such as a free future race entry or a $20 Amazon gift card if they opt out of race registration; volunteers check in at the registration tent on event day.
