Course and logistics

Courses are lap-based on a paved urban run/bike trail that is flat and largely shaded. Each lap includes two street crossings on an open course; participants are responsible for crossing safely. Courses are not certified and are not Boston Marathon qualifiers. Timing is hand-timed, not chip timed; finishers should notify the timer or ring the bell to record a finish time.

There is a single aid station at the start/finish offering chilled water, Gatorade, soda, and snacks; in hot weather additional items may be provided. This is a cupless event so participants must bring their own hydration device. Bathrooms are a short walk from the start/finish and are passed on each lap. Parking is at Cady Way Park (GPS N 28.59458, W -081.31670). Volunteers may earn free race entries per the event policy. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
