The event offers multiple race options each day on a paved urban run and bike trail that is flat and partly shaded. The course is an open course with two street crossings and is shared with local trail users.

- Marathon - 26.2 miles
- Half marathon - 13.1 miles

Course and laps: The 50K, marathon, and half marathon use a double out-and-back loop of approximately 2.2 miles; the marathon is 12 loops, the half marathon is 6 loops, and the 50K is 14 loops plus two short baby loops. The 5K and 10K use an approximately 1.55 mile loop requiring two and four loops respectively. Turnarounds are clearly marked.
Start/finish and support: The start and finish are at a small pavilion that serves as the aid station and a drop bag area. Aid at the pavilion is passed twice each lap and typically includes water, Gatorade, sodas, light sweet and salty snacks, and pickles or pickle juice. The event is cupless; runners should bring their own hydration device. Small cups for soda will be available and a table is provided for personal bottles.
Timing and limits: Finishes are hand-timed. Runners should ring the bell at the timing table and notify the timer to record an accurate finish. The event uses a generous time limit of approximately 9.5 hours.
Logistics and volunteers: Parking is at the Cady Way Trailhead near the Cady Way Pool with GPS coordinates N 28.59458, W -081.31670; parking is convenient and may be passed on multiple laps.
