Practical information

A mandatory Level B kit is required and must be carried as specified on the day. The required items listed for all runners are:

  • waterproof jacket
  • hat or buff
  • gloves
  • whistle
  • charged mobile phone with emergency number stored
  • foil blanket, bivvy bag or equivalent

All runners must bring these items. Failure to have the required kit may result in being denied entry or disqualification, and random checks may be carried out. The exact kit to be carried during the race will be finalised on the day and announced at registration.

No entry details are published yet; entries for league events usually open a couple of weeks before the event. Volunteers must complete two non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for the end-of-year prize. Volunteering while also running may not count toward that qualification. Carpool options are available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
