Binnian is an event in the Hills and Dales series scheduled for 7 May 2026 at Carrick Little Car Park. The course covers 5 km with a total climb of 750 m on open mountain terrain. The route is not marked and the start grid reference is 345 220.

Runners are required to attach numbers to the chest rather than to shorts to assist scanning; persistent offenders may be disqualified. Full body cover must be carried; runners who fail a kit check at the finish in poor conditions may be disqualified. The route being unmarked means participants should be prepared to navigate on open mountain terrain.
