Mardi Gras Madness - Houston takes place on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Oyster Creek Park, 4033 State Highway 6 South, Sugarland, TX 77479. The event is organized by Bigfoot Running Company and offers in-person and virtual options. Courses are typically held on parks and greenbelts and use mostly paved trails with some sections of crushed granite or dirt. Shirts and finisher medals are provided for all distances. Some aid stations and on-course volunteers will provide hydration and hand out Mardi Gras beads. Volunteer roles include options that earn a race shirt and other volunteer rewards; a run-plus-volunteer option includes bib, shirt, and finisher medal and is limited in availability.
