The Bigfoot Endurance Trail Race takes place on March 1, 2026, at Rockburn Branch Park in Elkridge, Maryland. Course and logistics
The course runs inside Rockburn Branch Park, with the start and finish on the gravel path between the playground and pavilion. The route uses packed gravel and natural surface trail, with a small paved section. The 5 Miler is one loop; the 10 Miler is two loops of the same course. There are no water stations on the 5 mile loop; one water station is located at mile 5.1. Participants are encouraged to carry their own water. Porta-potties are available at the start/finish area; there are no bathrooms on the course.
Entry rules, cutoffs and awards
Minimum ages: 7 for the 5 Miler, 14 for the 10 Miler, and 7 for the relay. Bib transfers are not permitted. 10 Miler runners must reach mile 5 within 1 hour 40 minutes to continue on the second loop. Awards are given for overall and age-group places, relay categories, and finishers receive medals. Pets, strollers, skates, bicycles, and other non-official wheeled vehicles are prohibited.
