Aid and Logistics

Aid stations are located approximately every 5-6 miles along the courses, providing water and snacks. Drop bags are permitted for transport to a designated aid station. All finishers receive a medal, and awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance. A post-race lunch is available for purchase.
