Cedar Crest Trail Run
The Cedar Crest Trail Run on March 13, 2027 takes place at Cedar Crest Camp in Lyles, TN (7900 Cedar Crest Camp Road). The event offers multiple trail distances at the camp property.
- Half marathon (13.1 miles): relatively non-technical trail course
- 10K: relatively non-technical trail course
- 5K: hilly gravel road course
All courses will be well marked and have aid stations placed at about miles 2.5, 4, and 6. There are no course cutoffs. Each entrant receives a tote bag with the trail run logo. The event includes age group prizes, a raffle, and a post-race meal; runners with dietary restrictions should contact the race director.
Accommodations at Cedar Crest Camp are offered with stated nightly rates: primitive tent camping ($10/night), bunk style group lodging with shared bathrooms and heating ($20/night), and RV hookup ($20/night). Dogs are permitted only when accompanying a runner who tent camps or uses an RV hookup; dogs are not allowed in lodges. Dogs must be leashed, start in the back, and runners must clean up after them.
