About the race

The race offers 6, 12 and 24 hour options on the same fast loop designed for speed. The course is an open field trail with minimal obstacles and an elevation change of about 50–60 feet per mile. Participants must plan to weigh in 30 minutes before the start and use clearly stamped weight plates or blocks; removal of weight during the event is not authorized. Awards include top three male and female finishers per category and prizes for best entree, dessert, and snack (the prize is free entry to a future race). The event contributes smoked barbecue and a vegetarian meal and provides water and Scratch at aid stations.
