Bear Track Trail Race

The Bear Track is a trail running event located at Lamar Alexander Rocky Fork State Park in Flag Pond, Tennessee. The race is organized by the State of Franklin Track Club and serves as a component of their established Trail Series. Participants compete on a course that follows a specific distance:

The route consists of a 3-mile out and back format along a logging road. During the first and final half-mile segments, the path runs parallel to Rocky Fork Creek. The event has a three-hour time limit for completion. All proceeds from the race are donated to the Friends of Rocky Fork to support improvements within the state park.
