The Barrow and Downs Marathon and Half Marathon will take place on Saturday, 12th October 2024, in the historic southern area of the Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire. Runners will experience the ancient barrows dating back to 3500 BC and enjoy stunning views of the Wiltshire Downs. The Marathon costs £45, and the Half Marathon costs £35, with both races starting and finishing in Tilshead. The routes will be fully signed, and trail shoes are recommended.
