The Sticks & Stones 15K is a point-to-point trail run held in Babcock State Park, West Virginia, during the autumn season. The course is designed to highlight the fall colors and natural features of the park. Registration for the event is limited to 150 participants.
Course Details
The race begins at Historic Camp Washington-Carver and proceeds into Babcock State Park. Participants run along the rim of the Mann's Creek Gorge before descending into the canyon. The route consists of 9 miles of trail and a short road section. Key features along the course include:

- Cliffs, bridges, and views of the Mann's Creek Gorge

Logistics and Amenities
The event provides a shuttle service to transport participants from the finish line area at Mann's Creek Picnic Area to the starting point. Two aid stations are positioned along the course at mile 2.5 and mile 7, offering water and electrolyte drinks.
The finish line area includes parking, restrooms, a picnic shelter, and a playground. Participants receive chip timing, a long-sleeve technical shirt, and fruit and beverages upon finishing. Awards are provided for winners in various age groups. Packet pickup is available on the Friday evening before the race in Fayetteville and on the morning of the event at the finish line area.
