Armed Forces Endurance Run 6-12-24 hours

The Armed Forces Endurance Run is a fixed-time endurance event held at Bixler Lake Park in Kendallville, IN. The event honors a branch of the service each year; this year the event honors the Air Force and race swag will reflect that branch. The park surrounds a 117-acre lake and features a pedestrian walkway and nature trail that circle the lake.

The course uses an approximately 3-mile loop around the lake with sections of asphalt and true trail. Indoor restroom facilities are available on both sides of the lake. Every participant receives a unique finisher medal and an additional award customized to reflect the mileage achieved. The event provides an aid station and daytime live music from an all veterans band. Camping is available in designated campground spots across from or next to the start and finish area; camping is first come first serve and any fees and reservation details will be provided after the first of the year.
