Anglesey Trail Half Marathon & 10k

The event takes place on Sunday 1st November 2026 at Newborough Warren and Ynys Llanddwyn near Llanfairpwllgwyngyll on the Isle of Anglesey, United Kingdom. It uses forest and coastal terrain around Newborough Forest and Llanddwyn Beach.

Two race distances are offered:

  • Half Marathon : route through pine forest, sandy trails and coastline with views to Eryri.
  • 10K : shorter trail route using forest and beach paths with coastal views.

Courses are waymarked and marshalled along the route. An event village is listed as part of the on-site facilities, and finishers receive a bespoke memento. The event is organised by Always Aim High Events.

The description of the route notes sections through pine woodland, sweeping sandy trails and stretches toward the coastline with panoramic views across the Menai Strait to Eryri (Snowdonia). The setting emphasises natural terrain rather than road surfaces, so participants should expect mixed underfoot conditions typical of forest and beach paths.

Practical details such as registration, ticket availability and specific on-site services were provided by the organiser on the event page. The location postcode is LL61 6SG. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
