The courses run through pine forest, across Llanddwyn Island and along sandy beach and woodland trails. Routes include single-track forest sections and winding trails, with views across the Menai Strait to Eryri (Snowdonia) and the Llyn Peninsula. On-course provision includes marshals, signage, energy stations and support vehicles. The event village offers music, commentary, shopping, food, bag drop and toilets. Take on Tour De Yr Wyddfa in North Wales on 24 Jan 2026, a rugged mountain challenge from Llanberis with a 43.5 km route and 2327 m ascent. Half, relay and pair entries available; strong mountain experience and winter kit required.

Tackle a scenic but testing 6.8 km fell course around Dolgarrog with 417 m of climb, hosted at Canolfan Porthlwyd. Entry on the day; minimum age 16 makes it perfect for adventurous runners.

Take on the Black Mountains at the Beast of the Blacks on 14 March 2026, choosing 17 km, 32.5 km or 65 km routes. Fully marked trails, stocked checkpoints, camping and canicross friendly support make it a must for trail runners.

Guided recce of the Glyders from Capel Curig, 15 km with 1,830 m of ascent, led in small groups by Mountain Leader qualified guides. Ideal for fell runners wanting a taste of the Paddy Buckley Round on 28 March 2026.
