Zombie Dash - Salt Lake City
Zombie Dash on October 16, 2026 in Salt Lake City is a Halloween-themed run that combines an obstacle course with interactive zombie actors. The event is located at 5130 South 2700 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84118.
Participants move through a course that includes climbing walls, crawling through dark tunnels, navigating pallet mazes, and running across tire fields. Actors playing zombies attempt to steal flags from runners; each participant starts with three "survivor lives". The run requires decisions about speed and strategy as runners progress through each challenge.
The course uses theatrical elements such as professional zombie actors, Hollywood-style makeup, fog, lights, music, and cinematic set pieces to create a post-apocalyptic atmosphere. Costumes are encouraged. The event is presented for individuals, friends, families, and teams described as open to a range of fitness levels.
Details about registration categories and entry options are provided by the organizer. The description focuses on the event format, obstacles, flag-based lives, theatrical production elements, and the Salt Lake City location. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
