XTERRA Rotorua Festival
XTERRA Rotorua Festival takes place on April 10, 2027 in Rotorua, New Zealand. The event is set in and around Lake Tikitapu and Whakarewarewa Forest, with race activity centred at Blue Lake and Lake Tikitapu. It is part of the XTERRA World Tour and the XTERRA Trail Run World Series.
The festival offers seven race formats across off-road triathlon, duathlon, mountain biking and trail running. Course grading is listed as Easy, Intermediate, and Difficult across different races. The event includes an elite prize purse of NZ$10,000 and allocates 28 World Championship slots.

Age requirements vary by race: XTERRA Individual and Team events require competitors to be 14 years or older; the 21 km event also requires a minimum age of 14; the 5.5 km and 11 km events have no age requirement but children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
