Windham Woods School Thankful Trails 5K Run & Walk
The Windham Woods School community hosts the third annual Thankful Trails event at 39 Roulston Road, Windham, NH. The main event is a 5K walk and run held on campus trails that form a two loop, 3.1 mile course. Trails are thin and uneven in places, the course is not accessible to strollers, and dogs are not permitted onsite.
A free Kids Fun Run across the lower field is offered for children ages 8 and under; participants in the fun run receive a ribbon. Regular 5K registrants receive a raffle ticket as part of registration, and additional raffle tickets are available for purchase. Raffle activity, awards, and a post-event lunch are part of the event schedule.
Registration is limited to 200 participants. Shirt sizes can be guaranteed for registrations completed by October 15; registrations after that date receive shirts based on available sizes. Volunteers are requested for race-day roles and will receive assignment information by email prior to the event. Sponsorship opportunities are available for organizations interested in supporting the event.
