SEASON 3 WILD HYBRID LAKE DISTRICT - GRASMERE
The event takes place at The Showfield, Stock Lane, Grasmere, Cumbria, LA22 9SL. It combines trail running with functional fitness stations at the Grasmere Sports Ground and nearby trails. Competitors will tackle five functional stations as part of the course. The specific workout is to be confirmed.
Timing at the event uses live chip timing. All finishers receive event merchandise and products provided by sponsors. Podium flags for each standard (RX) category will be sent by post after the event. Event photography is available to purchase after the event.
Parking on site is charged at £4 if weather permits; there is also public parking nearby. Ticket offers published include a price range from £25.00 to £95.00 and options for solo and pairs entries, plus ruck run options.

- 1 km run around the sports ground and surrounding trail paths
- 5 km route taking a lap around Grasmere Lake
- 5 km ruck run option
- 10 km ruck run option
