Wandering Wolves 50k/25k/12k - Kansas City, KS
Wandering Wolves is a trail event on September 26, 2026 in Kansas City, KS organized by Wyco Wolfpack. The event uses Wyandotte County Lake Park trails with the start area at Shelter 16, located near Shelter 14 and across from the archery range and dog park.

The course is described as a large, winding clockwise loop that is nearly all on single-track trails. The only paved section is the dam crossing; there is no bridle trail. Runners will encounter some rocks and roots, and the trail is described as not overly technical.
Registration includes an event shirt, aid, catered food, and beer. A properly sized T-shirt is guaranteed for entries completed by September 13; entries after that date may not have a guaranteed shirt or size. The 50k distance receives a finisher hat. All distances receive a custom medal and sticker with distance and date. Race day signups are possible but swag availability and sizes are not guaranteed.
