About the race
The Valley Royals XC Invitational takes place on October 3rd, 2026 in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Registration has a regular deadline of September 25th, 2026 at 11:59pm Pacific Time and a late deadline of September 30th, 2026 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. Entry fees per distance are structured by category: Track Rascals and age groups U10 through U14 are charged CAD $10 for the regular deadline and CAD $15 for the late deadline; other registrations are CAD $15 for the regular deadline and CAD $20 for the late deadline. A non-member fee of CAD $5 applies.
All prices are in CAD. There is an entry cap of CAD $200.00 per team. Payments are accepted online and a small processing fee applies. A meet package is available as an additional document.
Non-members of BC Athletics must agree to a waiver before registration is complete. Organizers have indicated a need for volunteers and have provided a volunteer sign-up mechanism.
