Valentines Track Run
CIRCUIT RUNNING presents an inaugural seven hour track event at the YMCA Newark and Sherwood Community and Activity Village athletics track. The event is a lap-based challenge on a 400 meter track where participants may complete short distances up to ultramarathon distances within the seven hour time window; a final lap may be started up to 6:59:59 into the event even if the finish occurs after seven hours.

- Marathon
- Ultra marathon
- 50 km
- Time challenge
Finishers receive a Valentines Run medal and a goody bag. An aid table is provided at the end of each lap with water, squash, fizzy drinks and a variety of food. Toilet facilities are available in the main building. There is parking at the venue and participants are asked to car share where possible. A bag drop area will be located at the start/finish; this area is not secure and items cannot be watched at all times.
Event instructions will be sent to participants by email seven days before the event. Race numbers are collected from registration on the morning of the event. The run is conducted under UKA Athletics rules.

- Age 14–15: 6,000 m
- Age 16: 10,000 m
- Age 17: 25,000 m
- Age 18–19: 45,000 m
- Age 20 and over: no maximum distance
