About the race

Circuit Running Events presents a lap based, seven hour running event in West Bridgford at Trentside N, Nottingham. Participants cover repeated laps of a course measured at 3.28 miles, with a 5 km turn point on the route. The regular course may be changed after a health and safety review before the event.

Distances offered include:

  • 3 km
  • 5 km (turn point on the lap)
  • 10 km (two 5 km laps)
  • Half marathon (four laps)
  • Marathon (eight laps)
  • Ultra marathon (nine laps)
  • 50 km
  • Time Challenge

At the end of each lap an aid table will provide water, squash, fizzy drinks and a variety of food. Finishers receive a Rhino Run medal and a goody bag. Toilet facilities are available at the venue; there are no separate changing facilities or showers. There is no parking at the venue but nearby car parks are available. A bag drop area will be provided at the start / finish area; this is not a secure area and items cannot be watched at all times.

The event is licensed by the TRA and is run under UKA Athletics rules. Maximum permitted distances by age are set by the organisers and follow the published limits for junior and adult categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
