Ultra Tour Lancashire (UTL 38 & UTL 100)
Ultra Tour Lancashire is a pair of circular ultra running events held in Lancashire with a base at Dunsop Bridge. The routes pass through the Forest of Bowland National Landscape, the historic city of Lancaster, and surrounding countryside, and include waterways and reservoir shoreline sections.
Distances offered:
- 38 mile circular ultra through the Forest of Bowland and around Stocks Reservoir.
- 100 mile circular route starting and finishing in the geographical centre of Britain and passing through Bowland and Lancaster.
Course surfaces and features include quiet fells, working farmland, country roads, farm tracks, canal and riverside paths, and views of Gisburn Forest. The UTL 38 completes a full circumnavigation of Stocks Reservoir. The event dates are 27 and 28 August 2027. The minimum age for entry is 21 or older. Entry fees listed for the event are £80 for the 38 mile course and £209 for the 100 mile course.
