Tough Mudder Chicago
Tough Mudder Chicago takes place on August 29, 2026 at Richardson Adventure Farm in Spring Grove, Illinois. The event offers several participation options on the same weekend and features a course with multiple obstacles, an on-site festival area called Mudder Village, and services such as parking and bag drop.

- 15K - 20+ obstacles
- 5K - 12+ obstacles
- Infinity - multiple chip timed laps in an eight hour window

Listed starting prices for 2026 entries are $155 for the 15K, $145 for the 5K, $205 for Infinity, and $20 for a Mudder Village spectator pass; prices increase on July 31. Finishers receive 2026 finisher medals that use the Hex System, a finisher shirt, an orange finisher headband, and a complimentary finisher beer or seltzer. Volunteer roles are available and include a discounted event entry, exclusive swag, and complimentary food. VIP and corporate group upgrades are offered for teams and customized experiences.
