Tough Mudder Austin is scheduled for February 27, 2027 at Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnet, Texas (1701 Little Midland - Dorbrandt Road). The event offers multiple participation options across one weekend at the ranch.

Selected obstacles listed for the course include Everest, a greased 13-foot quarterpipe; Arctic Enema, a 34-degree ice pit; and Pyramid Scheme, a slick 15-foot wall. The venue combines forest-lined trails, dusty desert mud, sandy shoe-sucking sections, cactuses, creeks that cross the course, and rocky hill peaks with scenic views.
Ticket pricing shown for the event starts at $119 for the 15K, $109 for the 5K, $169 for Infinity, and $20 for a spectator pass when purchased online. Participants receive event finisher items, including 2027 finisher medals (the Hex System), a finisher shirt, a finisher headband, and a complimentary finisher drink. Participants can prepay parking and bag drop fees during checkout.
