- 50K : Elevation gain ~7,000 ft; cut-off 11 hours; two loops.
Aid stations include Rusty Muffler (first major stop around the 14 km mark) and Pearly Gates (around 24 km and the 50K turnaround). Stations provide water, electrolytes, fruit, PB&J, pickles, and other items. This is a cupless race; runners must carry a reusable cup.
Required gear and logistics note the ability to carry at least 1.5 L of water and recommend a phone, cold weather gear if needed, and nutrition for long stretches between stations. All net registration fees are donated to Penticton Search and Rescue. A post race party is held at Abandoned Rail Brewing where each runner receives a voucher for pizza and a beverage. Race rules include staying on marked trails, visible bibs, no pacers, and no dogs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
