Summerland Sweets 7.4K Trail Race
Summerland Sweets comprises two races held at the Summerland Rodeo Grounds, 18707 Bathville Road, Summerland, BC, Canada, on September 20, 2026. The 7.4K race is the first event in the Starting Block Interior Running Association trail series.

Both courses use recreational trails and single track. There are washrooms at the start and medical support on site. After the races there are refreshments, awards and draw prizes. The 7.4K finish includes a draw for a pair of New Balance shoes and a draw for an entry to the Penticton 8.2K XC race; first prize in each 19+ category for the 7.4K is a bottle of fruit wine. Jam and syrup are prizes for the 3.2K and the younger 7.4K categories.
Online registration closes at 6 PM on Saturday, September 19 and there is no day of race registration. Standard entry fees are CA$30 for the 7.4K and CA$10 for the 3.2K; Competitive BC Athletics members receive a CA$5 reduction. Dogs and baby joggers or strollers are not allowed and will result in disqualification. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
