Thelma and Louise Marathon, Half Marathon, 15K and 50K
Thelma and Louise is a women's focused trail race held in the Behind the Rocks area near Moab, Utah on April 24, 2027. The event offers multiple distance options and is staged in a remote desert setting with views of Lone Rock and the La Sal Mountains.

Courses combine dirt road, slickrock, sandy washes, technical doubletrack, and smooth jeep trails. Elevations vary by course: lowest point listed is 4516 feet and highest is 5727 feet. Reported elevation gain is 2979 feet for the 50K, 2644 feet for the marathon, 1178 feet for the half marathon, and 745 feet for the 15K.
This is a cup-less event. Water dispensers are located at the start and finish and at every aid station; runners should bring a reusable cup, bottle, or hydration bladder to use. The finish area is at Behind the Rocks Trail and includes water, Gatorade Endurance Formula, and a variety of post race food.
Packet pickup is handled at the start/finish location; a photo ID is required to receive a packet. Entries are non-transferable and runners must attach timing chips to their shoes for results. Registrants may choose "Thelma" or "Louise" for their bib and receive event apparel and finisher items. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
