Moab's Red Hot Ultra
Moab's Red Hot Ultra takes place February 27, 2027 northwest of Moab, Utah, just west of Arches National Park. The event is part of the Run Moab Series and is the third event in the Triple Crown of Moab.
The event offers the following distances:
- 15K
- 30K
- 50K
- 50 mile
The course begins with a climb up a jeep road and combines jeep trails and singletrack. Runners pass rim trails and viewpoints with panoramas of Arches National Park, the La Sal Mountains to the southeast, and Canyonlands National Park to the west.

- 50 mile: lowest point 3983 ft, highest point 5728 ft, elevation gain 7028 ft, elevation loss 7028 ft.
- 50K: lowest point 4551 ft, highest point 5728 ft, elevation gain 4639 ft, elevation loss 4639 ft.
- 30K: lowest point 4547 ft, highest point 5492 ft, elevation gain 2838 ft, elevation loss 2835 ft.
- 15K: lowest point 4577 ft, highest point 5000 ft, elevation gain 965 ft, elevation loss 965 ft.
This is a cup less event; runners must bring a reusable cup. Water dispensers are located at the start and finish and at every aid station for filling bladders, bottles, and reusable cups. Camping is not allowed in the start/finish parking area; nearby 7 Mile RV Park offers campsites with cash payment required and rates starting at $65.
