The Wine Half Marathon, Napa Edition
The Wine Half Marathon, Napa Edition is a scenic half marathon through iconic and off-access Napa Valley vineyards, running from Quintessa Winery to the heart of Yountville. The course is inspired by the Marathon du Médoc and routes participants through vineyard landscapes and winery property.
The event combines elements of wellness, wine, and landscape. Winery teams line the course with festive, one-of-a-kind aid stations that provide food, cheer, and Napa hospitality. The race is conducted on closed roads and is a timed half marathon with exclusive access through eight Napa wine estates: Quintessa, Frog's Leap, Honig, Round Pond, Saddleback, Silver Oak, B Cellars, and Cliff Lede.
Race entry includes access to a Finish Line Wine Village featuring live music, welcome bubbles by Domaine Chandon, and complimentary wine tastings from nine participating wineries including Dominus Estate. Additional included services and items listed for participants are a complimentary gourmet crêpe by Sarmentine, an official race bib, shuttle transportation from the Town of Yountville to the start line at Quintessa Winery, course support including fluid stations and medical tents, and a custom finisher medal. The event is presented as the inaugural edition of the Wine Half Marathon in Napa. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
