The Whole Enchilada
The Whole Enchilada is a trail running event on June 19, 2027 at Trail Hub, 722 Chalk Lake Rd, Uxbridge, Ontario. The race is organized in partnership with Trail Hub and Green Newton Adventures and takes place within Durham Region’s extensive trail network.
The Trail Hub property is 140 acres with direct access to about 8 km of on-site hiking and biking trails and is surrounded by roughly 6,000 acres of multi-use forest and over 240 km of additional trails. Course terrain passes through Durham Forest, Walker Woods, and Glen Major and includes notable elevation gain, steep ascents, and technical descents.

- 25 km The Half Enchilada
- 8 km The Mini Enchilada
- 4 km Kids Enchilada
- 1 km Kids Salsa fun run
- 4 km The Hike Enchilada
On-course support includes well-marked trails, stocked aid stations with water, electrolytes, and small food items, plus volunteer support teams. The event uses the Trail Hub start and finish area, which provides parking and washroom facilities. The Hike Enchilada donates 50% of registration fees to local environmental causes, and the Kids Salsa fun run donates its funds to Jumpstart Charities. The event is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario and emphasizes low-impact race practices, use of eco-friendly materials, and a cup-free policy requiring participants to bring a reusable cup or container.
