About the race
The 5K Foam Fest in Toronto, Ontario, takes place on August 29 and 30, 2026, at Dagmar Ski Resort in Uxbridge. The event runs over a roughly five kilometer course and features more than 25 obstacles with foam pumped through the course. The site includes a large foam zone measured at 2.5 million cubic feet and an inflatable waterslide described as the world’s largest. Obstacles listed for the course include slip n slides, hurdles, walls, a cargo climb, Lily Pads, tire and log features, foam chambers, mud crawl and mud pits at certain venues, a DD Mega Slide, the Corkscrew and Wipeout Wonderland, among others. The event is presented with festival amenities such as a string bag, a 5K Foam Buff, a finishers medal, festival wristband, temporary tattoo and a free low resolution finish photo.
Additional on-site services and features include a Kids Free Fun Zone, water stations, a live DJ, food vendors, a licensed beer garden, a merch tent, a rinse station, shaded areas and a gear check with a suggested donation. Spectators are free. Tickets and availability vary and limited tickets may be available at the gate. Participants are advised to bring photo ID, sunscreen, cash only and a change of clothes.
