About the race
The Pie & Pea 5km Event is a midweek trail race held on 7 April 2027 at Trimdon Grange Community Centre, Trimdon Grange, Co. Durham (TS29 6PB). The event distance is 5 km and the minimum age to enter is 12 years.
The route runs through woodland paths and meandering tracks around a pond. Runners should expect a mix of gravel and grass surfaces, some mud and a few undulations along the course. Pies are provided at the finish with a choice of steak or vegetable/vegan options.
Prizes are awarded to the first, second and third male and female finishers. The event is licensed by the TRA and held under UK Athletics Rules. Deferrals are not offered for this event.
