Gavin Duffy Memorial 5K
The Gavin Duffy Memorial 5K is a charity road running event held on Sunday 22nd November 2026 at Cowpen Bewley Woodland Park. The event raises funds for local charities Zoe's Place and NeoAngels and is organised by Billingham Running Club.
The course is a trail route on mixed terrain with an undulating profile. The distance is 5 kilometres and the course is run as two laps. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs and a race licence is listed as TBC.
Facilities at Race HQ in Cowpen Bewley Woodland Park are limited. Toilets are available. There is no water supply on course, no distance markers, no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage.
Entry is limited to 150 places and, at the time of listing, 131 places remained. Entry fees include race and administration charges: affiliated entries are £10.00 and unaffiliated entries are £12.00.
