The Greedy Run

The Greedy Run is one day in the 7 Deadly Sins race series held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye. The event offers multiple distance options and a time limit of seven hours to complete the chosen distance.

The route is off road and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. Each lap is 2.5 km and the course includes a hill repeated on each lap and a series of undulations through two vineyards. The organiser describes the course as very tough. The event is open to walkers and runners; participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

On the day there is free parking, complimentary tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Virtual entries are available and may be completed on any day in January. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib and, once a run is verified, a medal is posted. Proof options include a photo of a GPS device, joining the organiser Strava group, or uploading to the organiser Facebook page. Entry fees are non refundable. Reduced charity places are available with a sponsorship condition and other entry fee options apply for virtual UK and overseas entries.
