About the race
Glorious Gargrave is a flat, out and back trail event held alongside the Leeds & Liverpool Canal in Gargrave, North Yorkshire, within the Yorkshire Dales. The route follows canal towpaths and uses trail surfaces.

- Marathon
The course is described as a challenging canal towpath route. The course is marshalled and signed, and organisers provide water and feed stations along the route.
