The Faultline 2027
The Faultline is a multi-day trail and mountain bike festival held in Wellington on 24 and 25 April 2027. The routes travel through six mountain bike parks, native bush and ridgelines, and finish in Wellington City Centre.
Event formats include both trail running and mountain biking across a range of distances and team options:
- 163.59 km trail running option
- 100 km trail running
- 50 km trail running
- 25 km trail running
- 12 km trail running
- 6 km run
- 161.96 km mountain bike option
- 100 km mountain bike
- 50 km mountain bike
- Team entries for long-distance courses
Every entry receives an event T-shirt, race bib, medal or a tree planted in the finisher's honour, a digital goody bag, on-site goodies and live timing with results. Courses have aid stations, medical support, secure bag check and personal photos available for purchase from a third party.
The event is staged on the Wellington waterfront and uses local transport links, accommodation and city amenities to support participants and spectators. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
