Easter Challenge
The Easter Challenge is a timed running event at Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, IP29 5AX on 26 March 2027. The event uses a lap format where participants complete as many circuits as they choose during the event period. Runners may rest between laps and return to the course; participants who leave the base camp before the final cutoff may start an additional lap.
The intended route is the BACK QUACK course, described as a roughly 10.7 km loop from the campsite with a mix of road and trail (about 52% road and 48% trail). The course includes 107 m of climb, with a highest point near 91 m and a lowest point near 49 m. The loop heads east, descends away from the start and finishes with an uphill return.
On the day there will be a marshal in the car park to assist with parking and direction to the venue. Registration is on site for bib collection. A baggage space is provided in a hut near the start but items are left at the owner’s risk. Race HQ and the lap point will host the water and aid station. The event operates a mass start and has moved to a cupless format, so participants should bring their own bottles or cups for refilling.
Organisers suggest road trainers but note trail shoes may be useful depending on recent weather. Parking is included with entry. A GPX file of the course is available from the course tab. Bespoke and standard finisher medal options are offered and virtual places are available for those who want the medal without attending in person. Events close 48 hours before the event day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
