Biggest Little Ultra
The Biggest Little Ultra is a multi-day event held at the Sparks Marina in Nevada. The event features both fixed-time and fixed-distance options for runners and walkers. Participants navigate a 1.89 mile paved loop around the marina, which includes 29 feet of elevation gain. The course is lighted for visibility throughout the night and features two permanent restrooms along the path.
Participants can choose from a variety of race lengths:
- 48-hour, 24-hour, 12-hour, 6-hour, and 3-hour fixed-time races.
- 100-mile (53 loops) and 50-mile (27 loops) fixed-distance races.
- 6-hour relay for teams of up to six members.
The event utilizes an electronic chip timing system to record every lap completed. A fully stocked aid station at the start/finish line operates 24 hours a day, providing organic food, vegan options, and fresh meals during standard breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. This is a cupless event, though hot cups are provided for soup and warm beverages.
The venue at Sparks Marina offers various amenities including a walking path, sandy beaches, and a fishing pier. Personal aid stations and RV parking are permitted in designated areas adjacent to the course. The event supports a nonprofit organization that provides service dogs to veterans.
