Labor Day Dash 5k
The Labor Day Dash 5k takes place on September 5, 2026 at Hidden Valley Regional Park in Reno, Nevada. The event is a USATF sanctioned trail race held on an all-trail course that is mostly flat with a few rolling hills and scenic views.
The event offers a single distance:

Packet pickup is available the day before and the morning of the event at Hidden Valley Regional Park. Registration opens April 5, 2026 and closes September 5, 2026; the registration fee is $45.00. Participants receive a sport tek t-shirt, a finisher medal, and a sticker.
The race is open to ages 5 and up. Top three male and female overall finishers receive an overall award medal; the top three in each age group and gender receive ribbons. EMS services at the event are provided by REMSA. Only service dogs are allowed on site because this is a sanctioned USATF race.
Professional photography for the event is provided by Comet Creation. A raffle at the conclusion of the 5K will award one month of unlimited membership to F45 Training along with a swag bag. The event is a fundraiser benefiting Azteca FC, a 501(c)(3) organization that supports athletic opportunities in track and field, cross country, trail running, soccer, and futsal.
