The event is a 24 hour walking and running challenge based at Maes Carafanau Llanbenwch, Wrexham Road, Ruthin, in the Vale of Clwyd, North East Wales. Entrants may take part solo or as teams of two to four people. The route visits five trig points one at a time with a return to base after each visit.

  • 4 Trigs: 70 km / 2506 m ascent

The route is fully marked and each trig visit is an out-and-back from the campsite, which aims to make navigation straightforward. There is an option to book an electric hook up pitch for an additional cost and parking has no extra charge. Participants receive a bespoke medal and a certificate.
