About the race
The Tatton Park Wild Trail Runs take place on 6 March 2027 at Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire (WA16 6QN). The event is set across parkland that includes trails, open grass, woodlands, lakes, and sections of footpath, with free-roaming deer herds noted on the estate.
Distances offered:
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles, multi-terrain through Tatton Park grounds
- 10 km - 6.2 miles, loop on parkland and wildlife-rich trails
- 5 km - 3.1 miles, shorter route across open grass and trails
Route maps are provided for each course. The event uses live chip timing to produce instant and accurate results. All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, and a drink and snack at the finish area.
The event is canicross friendly; one well-controlled dog per runner is permitted and dogs must remain on a lead at all times. On-site parking is available with an event rate of £5 per vehicle.
